Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue Pages and click on any items that you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We do not accept credit card payments so we will contact you when we process your order to arrange payment and delivery. You may request details of our leasing scheme.

Your online "receipt" and automated email are not an order acceptance. We will review your order prior to contacting you regarding order acceptance, payment and delivery arrangements.

Shipping And Handling
For the UK, orders up to £250 (ex VAT) shipping will be charged at £15.00 + VAT. Orders between £250 and £500 (ex VAT) shipping will be charged at £12.00 + VAT and orders over £500 (ex VAT) will be FREE of shipping charges.

For large items, delivery charges vary and may exceed the charges shown online. They will be calculated and advised when acknowledging your order.

Currently we only supply the UK.

Delivery Schedule
We'll ship your order within 5 working days if we have stock.

Purchases will normally be delivered to you within 5 days of receipt of cleared funds.

When your order is dispatched we will advise by telephone or email.

Deliveries will usually be made by TNT, the Royal Mail or a courier service.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will backorder it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Currently we only supply the UK.

Credit Card Security
We do not accept credit card payments so we will contact you when we process your order to arrange payment and delivery.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with our own or the manufacturers warranty. Cover may be extended for some products by purchasing a maintenance plan.

Returns Policy
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason within 7 days of delivery of the products.

To do so you must give us written notice (including email) within that 7 day period. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. Cancelled items must be returned to us in the manner set out in our Returns Policy and must be received by us complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in their original unopened packaging.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty and we have agred in advance and in writing, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

To return any products to us, please:

1. Request and complete our Returns Form.
2. Make sure to tell us whether you want an Exchange or Refund.
3. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting since we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
4. Pack the Items safely, enclose the invoice and send it back to:
