In consideration of this DIS shall have no responsibility for maintaining or supporting the resulting applications.
Furthermore, DIS shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the incorporation of any such code and shall not be liable for any losses, damages, claims, actions (whether actual or threatened) or other expenditure whatsoever arising.
